The 2020 Koniag Annual Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for October 3, 2020 will be held virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

To watch the virtual webcast on the day of the meeting, log in to the My Koniag Shareholder portal at https://mykoniag.koniag.com to access the link. The meeting will begin at 9:30 AM Alaska Time.

You will also find additional presentations, candidate video statements, the Annual Report, and Proxy Statement available for review in the portal.

You must be registered to access the content. Registering is easy! Just visit the portal and click the link in the text saying “New to My Koniag? Click here to get started.” All you need to register is your Shareholder ID number or Social Security Number, your date of birth, and an email address.
