This year, Shareholders have an opportunity to vote on an important issue as our Koniag family grows and becomes more diverse. Shareholder Resolution 2023-01 offers a chance to lower Koniag’s quorum from over half to thirty-three percent.

Reducing the corporation’s quorum can help avoid lengthy and costly delays in conducting basic business.
