Arriving Soon: 2024 Annual Reports and Proxy Packets
Koniag’s 2024 annual reports and proxy packets have been sent to Shareholders and will be arriving in mailboxes soon.
They are also available on the My Koniag Shareholder portal at mykoniag.koniag.com.
These important documents provide a comprehensive overview of the corporation’s performance and impact over the past year, as well as critical information related to the Board of Directors election, Shareholder Resolution 2024-01, and the upcoming townhalls and annual meeting.
Vote your proxy
The deadline to vote your proxy is Wednesday, October 2, at 5 p.m. Alaska time.
Voting online with the PIN provided in your proxy packet is quick and easy! Visit koniagvote.com to cast your vote now and become eligible for an online voting prize.
You may also vote your proxy and return it by mail or fax.
Don’t wait! Voters who submit their proxy by Friday, September 6, at 5 p.m. Alaska time could win up to $3,000 in the first round of early bird prizes.
Shareholder Resolution 2024-01
This year, Shareholders have an opportunity to vote on creating the Koniag Benefits Trust. It would provide more flexibility in distributing tax-free benefits to all Shareholders, supplementing the existing Koniag Shareholder Settlement Trust that was established in 2018.
Annual meeting
Koniag’s 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders will be held Saturday, October 5, at 9:30 a.m. Alaska time in person at Afognak Native Corporation (300 Alimaq Drive, Kodiak, AK 99615) or online at mykoniag.koniag.com.
